for a snack I like to have almonds and craisins and an apple I love green
apples and they're super great for your skin and almonds are really feeling
for lunch I love spinach salads because he'll probably tell I love spinach so I
just like to throw in some spinach balsamic vinegar homemade and some
vegetables
not that I love to have our dates now these are a great thing to have you
tried to cut out sugar is there really really feeling and they're really sweet
as well now also like to have these quinoa bars because quinoa is a great
way to get protein and most not that I love is pineapple you just can never go
wrong
pineapple so I have that as an afternoon snack as well
and then for supper I love stir fry survey is my go-to you just put in some
rays and some stir fried vegetables
and something that I try to do every single day is have eight glasses of
water because hydrating yourself is like the number  beauty tip. I really hope you enjoyed
